QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Pharmacy from a Recognized Institutions

• Registration and Liicensed with Pharmacy and Poisons Board Minimum 3 years relevant experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing, reviewing and interpreting medication according to doctors orders Dispense, compound, packaging and labelling controll medication

• Answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals

• Counselling patients on drug therapies

• Protects patients and techniciansby adhering to infection control protocols
