Human Resource Manager
Requirements
- Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management.
- Must be a registered member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in the healthcare or service sector.
- Sound understanding of HR practices, labour laws, employee relations, performance management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and placement of employees.
