New Muthokinju Hardware Limited is a leading distributor of Paint, Cement and other adhesives and decorating sundries.

Branch Manager

Key Purposes

Drive branch performance to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.

Identify new sales opportunities and initiatives to grow the branch’s customer base and revenue

Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store; uphold service standards; evaluate and improve customer service.

Oversee on-time, accurate deliveries; resolve logistics issues; ensure complete documentation; track performance and take corrective action Keep the branch clean and organized; oversee daily reporting/documentation; ensure compliance with admin and operational procedures.

Lead performance management and development; promote teamwork, accountability, and a high-performance culture
