Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, film, and edit high-quality Reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• Capture compelling visual content across the establishment’s restaurants, accommodation, spa, gym, swimming pool, cinema, and events.

• Identify and execute content opportunities independently, without requiring constant supervision.

• Cover events, food presentations, guest experiences, promotional activities, and behind-the-scenes moments.

• Develop creative concepts and visual stories that showcase the establishment’s experiences and appeal to its target clientele.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote offers, experiences, events, and other marketing initiatives.

• Apply current social media trends, formats, and audio while maintaining a consistent luxury brand identity.

• Ensure high-quality production through effective use of lighting, camera angles, transitions, sound, and colour grading.

• Create engaging captions and support the development of content calendars and campaign ideas.

• Monitor content performance, including reach, views, engagement, enquiries, and audience growth, and recommend improvements.

• Maintain a consistent flow of fresh, engaging content while meeting agreed deadlines and quality standards.

• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s positioning and contributes to its visibility and commercial objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Digital Marketing, Media Production, Film, Photography, Communications, or a related field.
