ICT Officer Intern
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible ICT Officer Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in ICT operations and support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing basic technical support to staff and users.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other ICT equipment. Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Supporting the maintenance of the organization’s Local Area Network (LAN) and internet connectivity.
- Assisting with software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
- Supporting data backup and basic data security procedures.
- Maintaining an inventory of ICT equipment and accessories.
