About
the role
A
well-established specialist clinic in Nairobi seeks a warm, articulate and
highly organised Customer Care Executive. You will be the voice of the clinic:
the first person our patients speak to and the person who keeps every booking,
message and record in order.
Key
responsibilities
•
Answer and handle patient calls professionally
and courteously
•
Book clinic appointments, confirm them with
patients, and follow up on missed appointments
•
Take and relay messages accurately and
promptly to the doctor and the team
•
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of
appointments, calls, messages and patient contacts
•
Coordinate the doctor's hospital schedule and
procedure bookings
•
Assist with insurance pre-authorisations
•
Support the clinic's social media and compile
routine clinic reports
•
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum
requirements
•
Diploma or degree in Customer Service,
Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
