Job descriptions & requirements
We are looking to recruit a Dental Laboratory Technician with a
minimum of three years of practical experience in both digital and conventional
dental laboratory workflows.
Technical skills and experience
The ideal candidate should
demonstrate proficiency in the following areas. Please indicate each
candidate’s strongest competencies and any areas requiring further training:
·
CAD/CAM: Design of crowns, bridges, veneers and implant restorations using
exocad or 3Shape; nesting, milling and finishing.
·
Dental 3D printing: File preparation, printer operation, washing, curing and finishing
of models, surgical guides, splints and denture components.
·
Zirconia restorations: Single crowns and multi-unit bridges, including sintering, ceramic
layering, staining, glazing and polishing.
·
Ceramic and metal-ceramic
restorations: IPS e.max, porcelain layering and
finishing of crowns and bridges.
·
Removable prosthetics: Complete and partial dentures, tooth arrangement, acrylic
processing, finishing, repairs and relining.
