Role Purpose
Support HoneyCoin’s core financial pipelines of customer settlements and daily provider withdrawals. Connect internal liquidity dashboards with the movement of funds to keep daily operations running without interruption. This execution-focused role uses internal systems to make data-driven decisions and acts as the first line of defence in identifying late transactions and platform errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Settlements & Transaction Processing
Review, verify and settle high volumes of customer payments on time.
Monitor transaction status across customer-facing functions and admin platforms.
Update settlement information in real time to keep records accurate and current.
- Provider Withdrawals & Float Management
Monitor operational dashboards and provider float to identify funding needs and maintain adequate liquidity.
Process manual and automated withdrawals to provider platforms based on dashboard instructions and the required amounts.
Maintain liquidity requirements and ensure seamless transfers of funds between different parts of the business.
