Job Purpose and Summary
Reporting to Managing DirectorOperations Manager will oversee day-to-day business activities to maximize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and update workflows to reduce waste and raise productivity.
- Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports to increase profit.
- Hire, train, supervise, and mentor staff members and department heads.
- Ensure all daily actions follow local laws and company policies.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure output and quality control.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
