Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance or related field.
3+ years of experience in data analysis or System analysis or business analysis and experience working on financial systems and ability to extract/apply information for business advantage.

Core responsibilities

Commission Processing: Calculate and process commissions accurately for all sales channels in line with approved incentive schemes.
Data Management – Maintain accurate sales, performance, and commission records to support timely and error-free payments.

Compliance & Audit – Ensure commission payments comply with policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Reporting & Analysis – Prepare commission reports and provide insights on performance trends and incentive effectiveness.
