Qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing customer service, sales, telesales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.

Core responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow digital channels, including app registrations, downloads, active users and digital adoption through targeted acquisition initiatives.
Drive initiatives that increase customer engagement, frequency of usage, retention and conversion across digital platforms using customer insights and behavioral data.

Design and manage customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, upselling, retention and win-back, ensuring relevant and timely customer interactions.
