Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coverage Management

• Coordinate and assign caregivers to client schedules, ensuring all shifts are fully covered.

• Monitor daily schedules and make real-time adjustments as needed.

• Maintain high service coverage across all assigned cases.

• Optimize caregiver utilization based on availability, skills, and client preferences.

Call-Outs & Emergency Coverage

• Manage caregiver call-outs, cancellations, and last-minute schedule changes.

• Quickly identify and assign backup caregivers to prevent service interruptions.

• Maintain updated standby and backup caregiver lists.

Communication & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related matters.

• Communicate schedule updates, confirmations, and changes promptly.

• Maintain professional, empathetic, and customer-focused communication with caregivers and clients.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with caregivers to promote reliability and engagement.

• Address client scheduling concerns and ensure a positive experience.
