Fractional Chief Financial Officer (Tamarso)
The ideal candidate is a senior finance and transaction leader with demonstrated deal closure in frontier markets, strong DFI engagement capability and the practical judgment to build systems that work in a fragile-state operating environment.
Deliverables
- Lead a capital-raising strategy, investor pipeline, information memorandum, data room and term-sheet or mandate process.
- Build an integrated lender-grade financial model with asset-level modules, DSCR, covenant, liquidity, FX and stress-test analytics.
- Implement lender-ready finance governance, including treasury policy, cash waterfall, delegations, reporting calendar and board KPI packs.
- Design HoldCo–AssetCo SPV structures, supporting agreements and implementation plan with external legal counsel.
