Our client a consulting firm based in Nairobi is looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team and help expand the client base, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within the immigration and expatriate services sector.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience working in an immigration, expatriate services, relocation, or global mobility company.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the corporate and expatriate market.

• Generate and convert leads into new clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry connections.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Managers, Business Owners, CEOs, International Companies, and expatriate clients.

• Promote immigration, work permit, visa, relocation, expatriate management, and related services.

• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet business development targets.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages to prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads and manage the client acquisition process from initial contact through to conversion.
