Job specification

Responsibilities

Leading, mentoring, and managing other support staff

Should be able to manage all daily farm activities

To plan and supervise the cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvest handling of coffee, matooke, and other seasonal crops

To monitor plant health, implement fertilization, pruning, stumping, shredding, spraying of pesticides and herbicides, and slashing

Good understanding of soil fertility, crop and animal nutrition, pest and disease control

Monitor cultivation, harvesting, feeding, breeding and other production activities.
