Job summary
We are looking for a Field Credit & Recovery Officer to support the company in loan recovery, fraud prevention and investigation, field verification, and enforcement of recovery measures for delinquent and defaulted accounts.

- Follow up on delinquent and
defaulted loan accounts through field visits and other recovery channels.
- Trace borrowers, guarantors, and
referees who are difficult to reach.
- Negotiate and monitor repayment
commitments.
- Investigate suspected fraud,
loan irregularities and misrepresentation.
