QualificationA bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any business-related fields from a recognized University/Tertiary InstitutionAvailability to travel 70% of the available timeCompetencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:a) Ability to ride a motorcycleb) Hands on experience in sales and community mobilization.c) Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams and independently. d) Fluency in English and one or two local languages. e) Ability to maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image. f) Good problem solving, multitasking and negotiation skills. g) Computer literate and familiar with MS Office and other applications.h) High level of analytical and creative skills. i) Ability to work well under pressure. j) Professionalism.1.
