Internal Company secretary and Legal Officer to oversee our company’s legal and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will ensure that our company adheres to legal standards and in house policies and will provide on legal and compliance issues.
Key responsibilities
•
Ensure Compliance with Corporate laws and regulations.
•
Draft, Review, and Manage legal documents and contracts.
•
Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
•
Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
•
Provide Legal advice to the management on corporate governance and legal matters.
•
preparation of board meetings, including agendas, minutes and resolutions
•
Liaise with external regulators and advisors.
•
Oversee the implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
•

Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes.

Handle Company secretarial duties and ensure compliance with company’s act.
