POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Attendant (Waiter / Waitress) is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by welcoming guests, presenting menus, offering meal recommendations, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving meals promptly. This role plays a vital front-of-house function in maintaining high customer satisfaction, upselling restaurant specialties, and upholding hygiene and dining floor standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Greet dining guests warmly upon arrival, seat them comfortably, and present menus and daily specials.
● Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer customer inquiries, explain ingredients, and accommodate dietary restrictions.
● Take accurate food and drink orders using the system or manual ticket order system and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
