Key Responsibilities

• Create and accurate designs for customized promotional products, including pins, badges, patches, medals, key chains, and other personalized items

• Develop professional artwork and product layouts based on customer requirements, design briefs, and customization requests.

• Use Adobe Illustrator to prepare high-quality vector artwork suitable for product customization and manufacturing.

• Ensure accuracy in design details, dimensions, colors, text, logos, and other specifications.

• Revise and refine artwork based on customer feedback and internal review before final approval.

• Collaborate with team members to transform creative concepts into practical, production-ready designs.

• Maintain consistent design quality and ensure that final artwork meets company standards and customer expectations.

• Support efficient design workflows by completing artwork and revisions within required timelines.

• Continuously improve design skills, explore creative solutions, and contribute to innovation in customized product design.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Applicants aged 20–30 years are encouraged to apply.

• A background in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Software Development, or a related field is preferred.

• Practical knowledge and skills in Adobe Illustrator are essential.

• Recent graduates with limited or no professional experience are welcome to apply.

• Creativity and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
