Job Summary
To maintain a team of at least 8 Loans Officers, driving lead generation and sales conversions, ensuring field discipline, and delivering monthly recruitment and sales targets
Key duties/responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, train, and retain a minimum of 8 Loans Officers each month.
- Drive daily lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales conversion activities for the team.
- Supervise and monitor field teams to ensure adherence to approved route plans, work schedules, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and field support sessions to strengthen product knowledge, sales skills, and overall performance.
- Track team productivity and sales results through daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
