HEAD OF SECURITY
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of MSCE (Diploma in Security Management preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in managing security operations, preferably in forestry or agriculture.
- Clean police record and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee plantation physical security, manage security personnel, mitigate theft/risks, and coordinate with local law enforcement.
