Job Requirements – Database Administrator

EDUCATION

College Diploma
Computer / Information Technology

Required Skills

Proven experience with enterprise applications (e.g. MSSQL Server, mySQL, Postgre), databases, middle ware

Working knowledge of various database query/scriptinglanguages. (SQL, TSQL, DDL, DML, DCL, TCL).

Proven experience and success with databaseadministration, core banking system management, andadequate banking knowledge.

Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science orcomparable qualification with 3+ years’ experience. ZAQA certification is a must

Tasks & Responsibilities

Planning, deploying, configuring, and maintaining databases & database related servers. Administratively responsible for all SQL servers on ABZ network
