Reports toCountry Representative-Kenya Somalia
LocationNairobi, Kenya, with frequent travel to programme locations across Kenya and Somalia
SupervisesSenior Programme Officers, Area Coordinators, Technical Advisors, and other programme personnel as assigned.

LWF seeks to contribute to a just, peaceful, and reconciled world by empowering vulnerable communities, promoting human dignity, protecting human rights, and supporting sustainable development.
The Kenya-Somalia Country Program implements humanitarian, development, resilience, protection, education, livelihoods, climate adaptation, peacebuilding, and community empowerment initiatives in Kenya and Somalia in partnership with governments, UN agencies, donors, civil society organizations, and local communities.
The Country Programme is seeking an outstanding and highly experienced professional to fill the position of Programme Manager.
The Position
Reporting directly to the Country Representative, the Program Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight for the entire programme portfolio across Kenya and Somalia. As a member of the Country Management Team, the Programme Manager is responsible for programme strategy, quality assurance, resource mobilization, partnerships, programme growth, performance management, and organizational learning.
