JOB VACANCY: BOOKKEEPER

Key ResponsibilitiesThe Bookkeeper will be responsible for:

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

• Capturing payments and receipts in the accounting package.

• Preparing monthly financial statements.

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Accounting for and maintenance of petty cash float.

• Support audits and provide required documentation.

• Performing bank reconciliations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Accounting/ZICA technician, Finance, or related field.

• Knowledge of financial management systems.

• Knowledge and experience in proper maintenance of cash books and financial records.

• Proficient in Sage Pastel Accounting.

• At least 2 years working experience in a traceable organization.
