Job Description
Job purpose
Senior Specialist Digital Products Development is responsible for the business execution of the digital product development lifecycle, ensuring approved digital products are delivered to market efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with customer, commercial, and regulatory expectations.
Principal responsibilities
Drive the business-side execution of the digital product lifecycle from approved design through build, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
Translate approved product requirements and solution designs into clear business user stories and delivery priorities.
Act as the business product representative within agile delivery teams, participating in sprint planning, sprint reviews, UAT cycles, and release readiness activities.

Validate delivered functionality against business requirements and customer experience expectations.

Support the delivery and continuous enhancement of retail digital platforms, including SimBanking, POS, Merchant, and Internet Banking products.

Work closely with Technology, Operations, Solution Design, Risk, Compliance, Marketing teams, vendors, and partners to ensure solutions meet agreed business outcomes throughout development, testing, and rollout phases.

Support go-live activities, customer communication readiness, and early-life support to ensure successful product adoption.
•
Ensure product development activities comply with banking policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.
•
Maintain product documentation, including requirements, approvals, enhancements, change requests, and implementation records.
•
Support audits, reviews, assurance activities, and corrective action initiatives by providing clear product evidence and traceability.
•
Provide regular progress updates, delivery insights, and product performance reports to the Digital Management Team.
•
Ensure digital products are delivered on time, achieve regulatory compliance, maintain high product quality, minimize post-launch issues, and support effective market adoption.
