Responsibilities or duties

Sales and Distribution Management:

• Preparing Sales targets and Annual, Monthly and weekly Sales plan

• Prepare Sales plan for Achievement of Sales Targets

• Prepare GTM & RTM strategy for the brands

• Manage a team of Sales Officers / Representatives

• Handling customer complaints and grievances and provide solution in a time bound manner

• Periodic visit to markets to meet direct and indirect customers to analyses the market and create Sales strategy accordingly

• Maintain excellent relationship with customers

Debtors management:

• To maintain financial discipline in sales operation and as per the credit policy

• Ensuring collection of dues in a timely manner

• Making sure all customer accounts are maintained as per agreed terms

• Getting credit customers to sign Balance Confirmation letters from time to time

• Maintain updated customer KYC

• Adhering to financial norms and policies laid down by the company

MIS:

• Collect & collate information from the market on prices, market share and sales trend through Sales Team and present to Management for decision making
