Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales and Distribution Management

Achieving Monthly sales targets

Maintain product visibility in the market

Handling customer complaints and grievances and provide solution in a time bound manner

Visiting the assigned territory on regular basis and meet all direct and indirect customers to generate sales

Maintain excellent relationship with customers

Debtors management of assigned territory including but not limited to –

Ensuring collection of dues in a timely manner

Making sure all customer accounts are maintained as per agreed terms

Getting credit customers to sign Balance Confirmation letters from time to time

Maintain updated customer KYC

Market Information Reports – Conducting marketing survey / research

Collect information on competitor’s prices, market share and sales trend
