- Lead the design and delivery of capacity-building, mentorship, and on-the-job training for EGPAF staff, district health teams, and facility- and community-based pharmacy personnel to strengthen supply chain capacity, practices, and performance.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct root-cause analysis of shortages, and coordinate rapid response actions including redistribution, and emergency ordering.
- Represent EGPAF in national and regional supply chain forums, technical working groups (TWGs), IMPACT team meetings, and partner coordination platforms.
- Ensure supply chain requirements are integrated into HIV and TB service delivery, treatment continuity, and sustainability and transition efforts, in collaboration with R/CHMTs and local authorities.
- Prepare high-quality quarterly, semi-annual, and annual narrative reports on supply chain performance, challenges, and mitigation actions for donors and project leadership.
- Perform other relevant program duties as assigned by the supervisor.
