Key Responsibilities
- Drive market expansion and client acquisition for core products (furniture board, construction formwork, ceiling panels, hardware products, power tools), targeting engineering channels, building materials distributors, interior design firms, and furniture manufacturers to meet regional sales targets
- Maintain existing client relationships by providing end-to-end services including product consultation, quotations, order tracking, and after-sales coordination to enhance repeat purchase rates and satisfaction
- Research regional market dynamics, competitor pricing structures, and channel policies; promptly report market demands and industry trends to inform product pricing and new product launches
- Strictly adhere to company sales protocols, accurately complete sales reports and client records to ensure traceable data integrity, and collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
