Telesales Assistant (Nairobi, Kenya)

In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads, converting prospects into customers and directly supporting revenue growth through outbound calls, follow-ups and client engagement. You will actively promote the company’s pharmaceutical and healthcare product portfolio to pharmacies, institutions and other trade clients, while building and managing customer relationships remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify opportunities, close deals over the phone and consistently meet or exceed sales targets within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Generation and Sales Prospecting: Proactively source and engage potential customers through outbound calls, referrals and databases. Assess customer needs, purchasing potential and decision-making capacity to build a strong sales pipeline.

• Sales Conversion: Promote pharmaceutical and healthcare products over the phone, clearly communicating value propositions and converting leads into confirmed orders, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, offering suitable solutions and ensuring seamless customer experience to drive retention and repeat business.
