Key Responsibilities

Drive New Business Growth

• Proactively identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and market intelligence.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Own the End-to-End Sales Process

• Conduct professional client meetings, property presentations, and site viewings that inspire confidence and drive buying decisions.

• Advise clients on property options, pricing, and payment plans tailored to their needs.

• Negotiate effectively and confidently close high-value transactions.

Build Lasting Client Relationships

• Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.
