Job Description

- Time sensitive, Highly proactive: ensure daily updates
- Understanding client needs adhere to Company procedures
- Understanding customer contracts and terms,
- Understanding TotalEnergies attitude and be customer focus
Activities
LUBRICANTS
- Receive and process Customers orders on time
- Follow up delivery to customers at Warehouse depot
- Advising payment in customers account on time, ensure ZERO UNRECEIPTED.
- Complete billing of all consumption/supplies at our consignment stock centers.
- Follow up to ensure strategic customers in all regions are fully supplied and billed.
- Reconcile lubricants stock sheet in all consignment stock centers on monthly basis
- Follow up payments of Lubricants invoices and participate in reconciliation of customer accounts.
