Education

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

At least 2-3 years’ work experience in key account management, business development, or commercial sales.

Location

Dar es Salaam,Tanzania.

Your profile

• Strong sense of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing key accounts and commercial operations

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, client performance, and market trends to support business decisions

• Proficiency in office automation tools and CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, SAP)

• Solid knowledge of account management, client relationship practices, contract management, and basic commercial principles

• Team player with reliability, integrity, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines

• Proactive, with strong initiative and problem-solving skills in addressing client issues and commercial challenges

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear reporting, client coordination, and stakeholder engagement

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
