Core Duties & Responsibilities
Tender Monitoring
- Track, identify, and review incoming invitation-to-tender (ITT) documents from procurement portals.
Information Gathering
- Interview internal experts, engineers, and project managers to extract technical data.
Content Creation
- Write clear, persuasive, and legally compliant proposal responses tailored to evaluation criteria.
Review & Editing
- Proofread bid submissions for grammatical accuracy, consistency, tone, and formatting layout.
Deadline Management
- Coordinate bid schedules to ensure all sections are completed and submitted on time.
Content Library
- Maintain up-to-date case studies, staff biographies, company policies, and historical data for future bids.
