Business Analyst
Job Purpose
- The role of Business Analyst is to support the business team members- Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) and Relationship managers (RM) in their respective teams / region, to manage a high-quality portfolio of clients in a manner that complies with the Bank’s policies. (In line with Shariah and other banks, regulators policies).
Education, Qualifications and Experience
- Business graduate from an accredited university preferably with a major in Finance, Marketing and/or Economics.
- Professional qualification such as CPA will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience of at least two (2) years in a similar position, with hands on experience in managing a portfolio of
- clients and analyzing business proposals.
Credit Analyst, Corporate
Job Purpose
Responsible for independent analysis of credit reviews and submit summary of analysis for credit review above delegated authority.
Knowledge, Experience, Skills required for this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in an Analytical/Business relate Field
- MBA or MSc. in business related course is an added advantage.
- CPA, CFA or relevant professional qualification.
- 5 years’ experience in a financing function
- High computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
- Experience in Credit Evaluations including Complex Credit and Structuring
- Relevant Shariah policies/ processes knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of credit analysis and risks relating to credit and the different economic sectors.
- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of client industry sectors
- Relevant Bank policies, e.g. KYC/AML knowledge
Retails Schemes Officer, Coast
Job Purpose
Lead relationship management for retail scheme customers—including companies, institutions, and individual customers —while maintaining a quality scheme book at an acceptable PAR. This will be achieved through continuous monitoring of the scheme facility book for distress signals, proactive engagement with scheme companies and customers to ensure timely payments, and coordination with bank departments and external parties to maintain a quality facility book
Education Qualifications and Experience
- University degree in a business-related field.
- Awareness of financial services.
- Knowledge of the credit industry, legal processes, and their application in scheme administration.
