Job description
Niajiri Platform Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the organization’s day-to-day business activities.
Key responsibilities
The Accountant will be responsible for:
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Managing payable and receivable transactions through Odoo and QuickBooks.
- Conducting bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Ensuring tax compliance and completing statutory filings.
- Engaging with suppliers, following up on invoices, and ensuring the proper issuance of EFD receipts.
- Managing petty cash by maintaining an imprest system and reconciling transactions.
- Performing other financial and administrative duties assigned by the Director and Supervisor.
