Sales Agent

Role Description

• The Sales Agent role is a full-time, remote position responsible for promoting and selling dSchool’s educational software solutions to individual customers, schools, churches, and other partner organizations. Daily activities include identifying and qualifying leads, presenting product features and benefits, conducting online or phone demonstrations, and following up to close sales. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing timely and courteous customer support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Sales Agents will also collaborate with the training and support teams to ensure customers understand how to use the products effectively and will provide feedback from the market to help improve offerings and sales strategies.
