Duties and responsibilities

The Instructor II (Mechanical Engineer) will be responsible for the following:

  • Conduct short courses and seminars in the respective areas of specialization, including the Instructional Methods Course (Pedagogical).
  • Prepare course and lesson plans for the respective subjects of specialization.
  • Supervise students during practical training.
  • Follow up and submit post-training evaluations on trainees.
  • Plan and organize traffic programmes.
  • Conduct courses and seminars for senior staff of the Corporation.
  • Collect and analyse information and data related to the fields of specialization.
  • Audit training objectives and course content and recommend to the Principal the training equipment and materials required.
